I felt like this week I made a lot of progress on the working out front! I’m definitely still struggling on eating better, but at least this is progress.
Monday: 3 mile run!
Tuesday: 5k on the erg
Wednesday: Hot yoga!! – Which, by the way, I recommend to EVERYone. Even you, the one who hates yoga… the heat really helps you stretch, so that even if you’re new you won’t hurt the next morning.
Thursday: 4.5 ish mile run – Don’t know the exact distance because my GPS battery died at 1.8 miles)
Friday: Yogalates class! – Great combination for yoga and Pilates. My whole body is a little sore and very tired after this one, but it was challenging and awesome!
I’m taking today off because of my busy week, but tomorrow I’m going to try and go out for a run, but we’ll see.
